How does the process work, from initial enquiry to successful deployment and handover? Well, as you can imagine, no two projects are the same but they will have similarities. From your initial enquiry we’ll be guided by your requirements, your budget and your timescales. Invariably, a Senior Sales Executive will meet with you to help identify the objectives by discussing your business and the challenges it faces, in terms of telephony, internet and cloud. From there we’ll begin to describe what we see as the potential solution. And then we’ll present this solution to you, at your offices or at ours. At this point we’ll plug in the Project Engineer to the proposal. This person will be working with you from a technical point of view and will, if we’re awarded the business, be the project manager and will oversee the deployment.
Over the coming weeks or months we’ll fine-tune the solution to ensure we’ve fully understood the brief and that our solution meets or exceeds your requirements. Naturally, it’ll be a competitive situation so we’ll also ensure we demonstrate how and why our proposal delivers best value-for-money.
From the moment you place your order, you’ll continue to work exclusively with the Senior Sales Executive and the Project Engineer, the latter who’s job it will be to project manage the installation. We find this simplified approach (with the less people involved with the project) a huge benefit to both us and our customers.
