Line Rental
Through our partnership with BT Wholesale we can takeover existing BT lines to provide a true "one-stop shop". Alternatively though our relationships with other carriers we can supply new PSTN and ISDN circuits very competitively, all invoiced by Centrix Connect.
 
Fraud Reporting
Centrix proactively monitors the usage levels on a daily basis and advises when these levels change. In fact if you use our on-line web reporting tool you can request email notification when specific criteria are exceeded (such as duration or cost of calls).
 
Resilience
All customers are provisioned over multiple carriers, this means that if any routing issues arise these can be resolved immediately and seamlessly.
 
Bespoke Billing
We can tailor the monthly invoices we sent to you to deliver the information you require. This reduces the amount of time spent processing multiple invoices whilst ensuring that the information delivered is relevant.
 
Fault Reporting
Centrix operates a 24/7 helpdesk to report any service issues.
