Centrix win the years' most
coveted award

The Channel Network Awards 2005 was once again held at The Grove on Thursday 13 th October and Centrix were delighted to win an award for 'Best Government Solution' beating off stiff competition.

The Awards recognises the best practices in client solutions and this particular category was heavily oversubscribed which made the presentation of the award highly valued. For the nomination Centrix put forward the work recently completed at the London Borough of Islington which helped to transform the London borough from one of the poorest performing councils in the UK to one of the best in under two years; all through the successful implementation of an IP telephony and multimedia contact centre.

Ian Calder, Commercial Director for Centrix, had this to say on the night. "We're delighted and a little surprised. We knew that we were short-listed for this category but because of the competition we weren't expecting to win. Once again this goes to show how our flexible approach to customers and the quality of our staff really do differentiate us from our competitors. I'm off to celebrate with a glass of something bubbly."
