Centrix Gets Gold
for Christmas
For the past six months within Centrix, there has been a concerted effort to achieve “Gold” accreditation by AVAYA to raise our profile in the market still further.
This level of accreditation is separate from the Service Level 3 accreditation (which is the highest level of accreditation available) for Service & Support, which we have been for a great many years, and instead relates to the volume of AVAYA equipment supplied and the training of sales and pre-sales people.
With effect from 6th December 2007 we’re pleased to announce that we have joined an exclusive band of resellers with “Gold” accreditation by AVAYA.
Richard Burbage, Sales & Marketing Director of Centrix had this to say on the announcement: “This is exciting news and an endorsement of the commitment we have made to AVAYA over the years. Whilst this accreditation is more for vanity than anything else, unlike our Service & Support accreditation which is the foundation of our business, it raises our profile within AVAYA and also within the marketplace in general. It can only be good news for our customers and staff alike. Clearly our “Going For Gold” internal project that we’ve been running for the past few months worked. I think I might see if Henry Kelly is available to unveil our new plaque in reception”.
Damian Joseph, Channel Account Manager for AVAYA UK, commented further, “I know Centrix worked hard to achieve this and it very much cements the relationship between Centrix and AVAYA still further. There are a number of benefits that this accreditation will give Centrix and I’m personally delighted to see them achieve it”.
