Islington Contact Centre

Centrix installed their first contact centre based on AVAYA’s new CCE product.

The product has been deployed within Islington Borough Council to provide multimedia functionality to an existing AVAYA contact centre. During the main billing period the contact centre agents based in London and Manchester handle up to 4000+ contacts per day. The project was run by Andy Jamieson assisted by Matt and Wayne in conjunction with AVAYA’s own professional services team who flew in to assist with the installation. This is Centrix and AVAYA’s first truly joint project and represents a new era in AVAYA’s approach to channel partners such as Centrix.
