BT award Centrix with
Indirect Key Partner Status
Centrix are pleased to announce our appointment as a BT Key Partner.
With the continuing convergence between voice and data it is becoming more and more important to partner with a network provider that can offer both resilience and value for money. Whilst there are now hundreds of companies in the UK offering telecommunications services there are very few that can match the reliability and competitive pricing of BT. It is with this in mind that Centrix choose to partner with BT to offer a reliable end-to-end solution to our customers.
Richard Burbage, Sales and Marketing Director of Centrix , explains, "Our customers look to us to provide a complete solution and our biggest challenge has been in providing a resilient network solution. That is, until now. Partnering with BT will allow us to liaise directly with them for all manner of PSTN, ISDN, private circuits, non-geographic numbers and ISP offerings. This will ensure we are able to not only meet all of our customer’s expectations, but more often than not, exceed them".
Centrix will be account managed by Phil Burden, Regional Account Manager for BT. Phil, based at the BT Stockley Park offices in Uxbridge, continues. "BT are pleased to welcome Centrix as a Key Partner. They have exceeded the stringent requirements set for such an accreditation and I feel confident they will add value to our range of products and services. I wish them continued success".
Apart from the benefit of being able to offer the majority of BT’s comprehensive products and services, the main benefit to Centrix is the ability to liaise directly with the BT Indirect Channels Service Centre. This allows Centrix to not only place orders through the web but also to progress orders, with the back-up of the Service Centre in Aldershot, Hampshire for all other enquiries.
