New York, Toronto, Paris, Belfast... Not Peckham!

Let it never be said that Centrix doesn’t get about a bit. It’s not that we simply go where the business takes us, but we will happily support existing customers in whatever territories they expand into. Fidessa being a good example.

Fidessa Group is a leading supplier of multi-asset trading, portfolio analysis, decision support, compliance, market data and global connectivity solutions across the world including the UK, New York, Toronto, Paris, Tokyo and Hong Kong. And they’ve been a customer of ours since 1996.

From their small beginnings in Woking, Surrey they have grown substantially both domestically and internationally. Needless to say, Centrix were happy to be there and to support their telephony requirements across the globe.

Richard Burbage, Sales & Marketing Director for Centrix explains, “Fidessa have been a customer of Centrix for about 13 years and during this time we’ve supported them as they’ve expanded at home and abroad. We recently carried out Avaya Communication Manager installations in Paris and Belfast, both of which connect back to the central site in London, and have just taken over the support of their New York and Toronto offices. As well as providing Avaya hardware support in a number of countries we also provide network services for their London, Woking, Belfast and Paris offices. I’d like to think that the longevity of the relationship with Fidessa is built on mutual trust and our ability to deliver solutions internationally, underpinned by our excellent 24-hour Helpdesk for support. If Fidessa wanted to open an office in Peckham we’d happily turn up in a yellow Robin Reliant but I really don’t see it happening!”
