Centrix will be applying to the local district council for an extension to be built to our Trophy & Awards Room as we add another hard-earned award to our numerous other awards and accolades: 2004 Altitude Software Achievement Award.
The award was presented by Richard Woolaston, General Manager of Altitude Software UK & Ireland, to the Centrix directors at the recently held Crane annual conference & awards dinner.
Crane are the UK distributors for manufacturers such as Avaya but also have a number of complementary products such as the Altitude Software who are global technology leaders in Contact Centre solutions.
Altitude uCI (Unified Customer Interaction) keeps consistent customer information regardless of the interaction channel (voice, email, web collaboration and chat, and IVR) and adds a wealth of features to customers looking for a bespoke Contact Centre solutions.
Richard Woolaston from Altitude Software had this to say about the award, “It’s always a pleasure to recognise a reseller on their sales success and it has to be said that Centrix have been very committed and successful in selling Altitude Software for the past year. They clearly have a very good knowledge of the Contact Centre market and are able to deliver truly integrated solutions”.
Ian Calder, Commercial Director for Centrix received the award on behalf of the company commented, “Altitude Software are important partners to Centrix as they have a product that is unique in the marketplace but that complements and integrates with our other products from companies such as Avaya. It’s always exciting to receive an award and this one once again goes to the entire staff of Centrix who each contribute in their own way to our success.”
