Centrix record another success
with easyJet

easyJet, the web's favourite airline, has partnered with Centrix for an integrated voice recording facility for their Avaya Definity G3r communications server.

The solution, based around a Thales (formerly Racal Recorders) Mirra 2 DVD-Voice Recorder will initially be for the purposes of recording conversations into the easyJet IT department from other departments as varied as the control tower at Luton International Airport, and the check-in desks across Europe.

Assuming this first-phase installation is a success there are plans to roll out the equipment to encompass the main telephone-booking Call Centre located at the easyJet terminal at Luton.

Since easyJet installed an Avaya Definity G3r nearly four years ago the Call Centre has expanded rapidly to reflect the continuing success of what is undoubtedly the UK's most respected budget airline.
