one-X Portal brings together the full power of unified communications to the desktop in a single intuitive tool. Being web-based, one-X Portal requires no application software to be installed on desktop PCs.

one-X™ Portal Modes of Operation
Shared mode: users can choose between the desk phone or one-X Portal for features and call control but the desk phone is used for the voice path.
PC Only mode: one-X Portal acts as a softphone and features, call control and voice are managed via the desktop.
Dual Connect mode: one-X Portal is used for features and call control while using any designated number, such as a mobile phone or desk phone, for the voice path.
