with the release of
Communication Manager™ 5

Avaya have formally announced the release of their latest version of the award-winning Communication Manager™ software.

Communication Manager™ 5 is a major release and supports a number of new features for customers and resellers which include the following:

Cost effective SIP solution for small and mid markets.

Enhanced SIP mobility to increase productivity for nomadic workers such as IT personnel, sales representatives, and executives with minimal administrative overhead.

Increased resiliency and availability for Communication Manager SIP trunks.

End-to-end SIP Call Centre solution.

New Avaya G450 Media Gateway and IG550 Integrated Gateway to provide customers a more cost effective solution and maximum flexibility to deliver intelligent communications to branch locations.

Software Support plus Upgrades (SS+U) for Communication Manager 5.0 and Call Centre 5.0 to help customers maintain Avaya systems at the current release while managing ongoing software support and upgrade costs in a predictable manner.

Simplified software price structure that is easier to understand, price, configure and maintain a Communication Manager based solution.
