comes out top again

Evans Easyspace provides "hassle free" property services to the SME sector across an expanding number of centres in the UK.  Evans Easyspace currently has 36 centres in the UK with a new centre opening almost every month.

Evans Easyspace decided to tender for the provision of outbound telephone calls across all of their Centres. The main requirements of the tender were to provide competitive pricing, provisioning over multiple Tier 1 carriers, reliable and accurate monthly billing and a high level of customer support.

Centrix Limited successfully showed that we could deliver a solution encompassing all of the tender requirements and Karen Ely of Evans Easyspace stated that "Centrix showed a high level of technical expertise and delivered a competitive tender backed by a proven understanding of our business and a high quality customer service experience".

The implementation of the service across all of the sites was achieved by close liaison between Evans Easyspace and Centrix to ensure that all of the required information was collated before the transfer occurred. This close liaison ensured that the transfer was completed with no disruption to services.
