Check out at Centrix with the new online WebShop

In common with an internal desire to announce at least one new service to our customers each year, January saw the launch of our new online web store containing over 3,000 products for both existing and new customers alike.

The new Centrix WebShop allows customers to browse a vast range of ancillary products such as cordless handsets, patch panels, headsets, audio conferencing and a great deal more. In addition over time more and more products will be added to allow customers to see the latest range of Avaya handsets and products.

Richard Burbage, Sales & Marketing Director for Centrix explains the rationale behind the launch of the new WebShop. “For sometime we’d been researching with our customers whether they felt it would add any value having an online shop and the general consensus was that for additional products such as headsets, handsets and patch leads etc. they felt it would be useful to browse first and then to simply place an order online. The new WebShop allows them to do their research in their own time and then to either call us to place the order or to use the online secure ordering facility. If they already have an account with us they simply order the equipment on account, alternatively we can accept credit card payments”.

The new Centrix WebShop has already proved successful for both customers and staff as it allows a more collaborative approach between account manager and customer to choosing the right product for the requirement. Rachel Wasylciw, account manager for Centrix adds the following. “When I’m on the phone to a customer, or with a customer on site, I can now show the range of options available there and then which makes things far quicker and tailored to the client. With a list of products that will grow from month to month the Centrix WebShop should prove more and more successful; it’s just another example of how we try hard to differentiate ourselves from our competition and to deliver good customer service”.
