Capital Enterprise Centres
Choose Centrix

Centrix are pleased to announce the winning of a contract to supply Capital Enterprise Centres in Kent with a voice and data communications solution to be rolled out to new and existing sites..

Capital Enterprise Centres was formed in 1997 to create and manage high quality workspace units for new and growing businesses.

Each centre has been designed to provide small businesses with high quality space without the hassle of a conventional lease or the time consuming responsibilities of running and maintaining an office or workshop.

Active on-site management and a range of inclusive services allow occupiers to devote their attention to developing healthy businesses. Each offers a range of support facilities which enables the smallest business to offer a high quality service to its clients on a cost effective, as-required basis. Matthew Barnett, Senior Consultant for Centrix comments, “Capital first met Centrix in May 2003 during their search for a voice and data communications solution that could be rolled out to all of their centres and support them in their aggressive expansion plans over the next few years. The winning of this contract is further proof of our commitment to the serviced office industry and we are pleased to add such a progressive and forward thinking company to our client list.”

As always in the serviced office industry the remit was complex, with flexibility, security and billing being high on the agenda.

The solution involved the installation of the latest Avaya Definity® server running Communication Manager Software, and a Medusa™ One-Step Internet solution to the new sites opening in West Malling and Harlow. In addition two other sites in Sittingbourne and Chelmsford also made use of the bespoke Centrix broadband delivery solution, Medusa™. Sites will also be making use of Avaya’s new flagship unified messaging product, Intuity Audix LX.

Peter Cook comments on behalf of Capital Enterprise Centres. “Having gone through a detailed and at times strict selection process when choosing a supplier, Centrix continually proved their knowledge of the solution required but more importantly the fact that they truly understood our business. This coupled with the many reference sites they were able to put us in touch with made the decision a clear one. Having now worked with them on four of our sites over the last few months I can now rest in the knowledge that the decision was indeed the right one to have made.”
