Centrix launches "CentreCare"
at the BCA annual conference
The second annual BCA (Business Centre Association) conference was held this year on the 8th and 9th February at the Shaw Park Plaza hotel in London. The theme for this years conference was "Mobility: Key to Success" and Centrix, main exhibitors at the conference, used the opportunity to launch their new CentreCare support package to business centres.
Richard Burbage, Sales and Marketing Director for Centrix, offers an insight into CentreCare. "Having been involved directly with supplying digital telephone systems to business centres for a number of years, we began to establish that what a lot of centres wanted was a total solution to their telecoms requirements - in effect an outsourced telecoms department that could interface directly with both licensees and Centre Managers."
Richard goes on to explain, "CentreCare addresses these requirements by offering a bespoke solution to the problem by allowing the Centre to choose to what extent they pass over the day-to-day issues to Centrix. Some, for example, want a total solution whereby we even answer calls from the licensees in the Centres' name advising them of what services are available in the Centre and then we actually carry out the necessary programming or
patching, if required. Others simply want a closer level of support to the Centre Manager without the need to interface directly with the licensees, except where their requirements are specific or unusual. CentreCare offers all this and more."
