Technology Seminar held at Winchfield Lodge
On Friday April 12th 2002 Centrix held their first customer seminar at their prestigious new building in the Hampshire countryside, Winchfield Lodge.
The seminar, which was aimed specifically at existing Avaya Definity users within the Business Centre market, was run in conjunction with our partners, Data Integration and Metis Solutions.
Matthew Barnett of Centrix donned his 'Conference Co-ordinator' hat and successfully managed to attract over 30 clients for the morning seminar with a varied agenda which included the following:
Your licensee and Broadband (Greg Smith, Data Integration)
Elephant Call Logging (David Wills, Wills Consulting)
Definity R10 upgrade (Matthew Barnett, Centrix)
Voice-over-IP (Richard Burbage, Centrix)
Frontdesk (Gary Williams, Metis Solutions)
Lunch and complimentary drinks were then provided at The Phoenix public house in Hartley Wintney.
Feedback from customers and prospects after the event was very positive. Debbie Collins from First Base commented, "I thought that the topics were clearly explained without too much jargon and that the IP-softphone demonstration was really useful. I also thought the topics were presented with plenty of humour and I like the informal way the day was presented."
Perry Ashby from Longford Business Centres also found the seminar useful and informative, "I found the morning very relevant and topical with the current requirements from our licensees. Longford need to keep ahead of the game and attending events like this helps us to keep up with technology".
