For the past financial year Centrix have continued to invest further in the products and solutions of our preferred partner, Avaya, and have successfully achieved Gold Business Partner status. Avaya’s Partner Connect program is designed to recognise partners based on their geographic coverage, competencies, experience and specialisations. This improved award to Centrix reflects the commitment to Avaya and also investment in the training of their staff.
Richard Burbage of Centrix had this to say upon hearing the news, “This is a tremendous result for Centrix, our staff and our customers. It recognises the work we’ve been doing for the past year in improving our product knowledge and product specialisations and training of our staff to deliver more comprehensive and better supported solutions to our customers. At the same time it confirms our commitment to Avaya which in turn should open new opportunities for our staff and customers alike. A huge thank you is due to the hard work of Andy Jamieson, our Senior Solutions Architect, who worked tirelessly to ensure our engineering team attended the right courses, and passed!”
Sarah Tucker, Channel Account Manager for Avaya, added the following “Centrix have been an important partner for Avaya for a great number of years and the award of Gold Business Partner will help underline the importance of their business to Avaya and the customers they introduce to our products and solutions. I know how hard they worked to secure this new Partner status and this is testament to that hard work but also the quality of their employees. Partners such as Centrix genuinely add value to our brand and a great deal of credibility too. Well done Centrix!”.
