AVAYA praise Centrix on achieving “Partner in Customer Excellence” accolade

Global provider of business collaboration and communications solutions, AVAYA, recently acknowledged Centrix as achieving “Partner in Customer Excellence”.

Customer satisfaction is now a critical element in determining partner level status, and the new designation recognises those that go above and beyond. Centrix have achieved significantly higher scores in their customer satisfaction surveys, a score which was in fact much higher than the threshold.
