NEW MEDUSA Tech Share Event

PBL & Centrix announced at the end of 2012, the imminent launch of the NEW MEDUSA, and the first tech-sharing event for the UK Medusa user group was held at Winchfield Lodge in November.

The aim was to obtain feedback from some high-end users as to the functionality (and business centre requirements) for the day-to-day usage of the new product. The event was a huge success and the subsequent follow-on event was held in Jan 2013 at Somerset House – a pre-launch showcase of the new user interface to the user group and the presentation topics included; a live demonstration of the Business section, role-based administration demo, an insight into the Manager interface and its new features, and preparation for deployment.

The session generated very positive reactions and some great comments:

The eagerly anticipated Beta release due in February 2013 will be deployed to a selective end user base, but the general roll-out and upgrade of existing customers will take place in April 2013. Centrix and PBL will be running a webinar to showcase the new user interface to our existing Medusa user base and details of this, and the planned upgrade to our existing customers, will be distributed in due course.
